Hi, people.
Some of you were asking for a app’s tutorial, so here it is.
Select the brand and model of your GPS tracker on the home screen and fill the phone number of the GSM Chip and password that are configured in your the tracker. If the tracker is not configured yet, enter the password that you want to be set.
If your GSM number is, for example, +55-48-3249-2919, you can set 32492929 that our app will understand. Note that it is the GSM number that is inside your tracker, not your cellphone’s.
Then you must click in the green button to to to the application.
In case you don’t have a GPS Tracker, you can click on the “I don’t have a GPS Tracker” (below the green button) and we will recommend you some places where you can acquire it.
Now you’re on the screen with your location and the vehicle’s one (Dashboard, first tab). Please go to the Settings tab (fourth one) to perform the initial configuration.
If you are already receiving SMS from the tracker just go to the “Begin” menu and then wait until you receive the confirmation messages on the Events screen (third tab).
If you are not receiving SMS on this phone from the tracker you must access the “Setup for the first time” menu, this way the application will automatically perform the necessary steps (allow number, begin, etc.). The confirmation messages are also shown in the Events tab.
Then, after that, go to “Mode” menu and select the Tracker mode to start receiving messages with the locations of your vehicle. In the second tab (Locations) you will have all the locations of your vehicle and in the Dashboard shows the last location received from the vehicle and the location of the cellphone.
In the 1st tab (Dashboard), you can see your current location and some other things like speed and mode. You can also change the view mode by clicking in the top right button named “Mode” or keep track of all your spendings in fuel by clicking in the bottom right button.
In the 2nd tab (Locations), you can see all the locations you received from the GPS Tracker. If the icon on the left is grey it’s because your GPS Tracker is in a blind location, if it’s yellow it could find the location. You can also click in one of these locations and this location will be showed in a map with all the details.

In the 2nd and 3rd tabs (Locations and Events) you can delete all the messages by clicking in the red button (top right).

Not getting Locations…the TK 102 responds and shows sms in the “events” tab but I get nothing under the ” Locations” tab. Also when I change the settings to “tracker” The Icon still shows Fortify on the main screen is this correct? Running Handsent with Android 4.1.2

Tou change de icon to Tracker you should receive the confirmation message from the tracker saying it was changed from Fortify to Tracker.
As for the locations, are they being showed as unknown events on the events tab? Please send us an e-mail to australsystems@gmail.com that we will try to help you out.

Tienes que poner el número GSM del rastreador GPS. Es el mismo número al que enviar el SMS.
Os comandos para o meu TK103 não estão corretos
Para desligar o motor o programa manda o comando “powercar+senha+00” e para ligar “powercar+senha+01”
Mas no meu TK103 o comando deve ser:
stop+senha
resume+senha

Pelos comandos que você comentou, o seu TK103 não é da Xexun, e sim da Coban, selecione essa marca e modelo na tela inicial, e assim será enviado o stop/resume nessas funcionalidades.

It´s not possible to use your car’s pic, only the icons available in the app can be used.
May you add some of them ? Some logos as Audi, Chevrolet etc etc

Only one tracker can be tracked.
I just bought this app but I cannot use it for my gps tracker.. Im from Malaysia, if my number is +60161234567, which number should i put it in my gps number.. For brand and Model also Im not sure which one should I choose.. In Malaysia we just have digi, maxis, celcom and etc. This app keep tracking my phone number only, not my gps tracker. The map works, but you have to be connected, because it uses Google Maps.

My TK104 Rewire Security Tracker seems to be locating my mobile and not the sim card number in the tracker.
That’s very weird. Which brand did you select in the main screen?
Xenun tk103 but tried a few others as well. I can get a status from the tracker but not the location on the map. Its just showing me the location of myself while the tracker is over 20 miles aezy.
Is possible manage 2 gps-tracker by only one smartphone?

I purchased your Astral GPS Tracker software, but although it will find the location of the TK Star unit it will not track movement or any other features. When I click MODE and TRACKER it automatically defaults back to FORTIFY again. Could this be the problem if so how do I solve this ? Regards Chris Toms

I selected Xexun brand and TK 103-2 Model as there is no exact match for the TK Star unit.

I know it defaults back to Fortify because your software tells me it does when I go back to it.
Am I using the correct name and Model number ?

Showing Fortify in the combo doesn’t mean it is the selected option.
But I believe it’s better to select Coban in the 1st screen, because we plan to remove Fortify from all the brands except Xexun.

I have the TK102b. The tracker does not accept the stockade command. It get a stockade fail reply every time.

My Austral GPS app sent commands ok but although phone received correct response, the GPS app did not. Nothing in Locations log!
Uninstalling ‘Handcent Anywhere’ app resolved the issue.

I do like your app . but have one big problem from the time I down loaded it I get 5 of the same messages sent to me each time it sends a new location. How can I stop that . I would be interested in get the full app but not sure with this happening . ready to stop using it .

Well, it seems to be a problem in your GPS Tracker, not in our app. If you are receiving these messages, it’s not us who send it, it’s the GPS Tracker.

Ich habe 2 Tracker. Wenn ich im Startbildschirm die jeweilige Telefonnummer der SIM-Karte des betreffenden Tracker eintrage, kann ich die App für diesen Tracker normal nutzen. Um zum anderen Tracker zu wechseln, muß ich dessen Telefonnummer wieder eingeben. Schön wäre es, wenn im Anmeldebildschirm ein Listenfeld vorhanden wäre, wo man die Trackernummer auswählen könnte. Oder gibt es das schon irgendwo in der App versteckt?
Leider funktioniert die App nur für 1 Tracker.
Hello, the begin command sent by the app for Anywhere TK106 is reversed: instead of begin123456 it sends 123456begin, which the unit does not understand.
Please use another brand and model. Probably Xexun or Coban will be the best option for you device. If you want to, you can also send us an email with your GPS Tracker manual. This way we will be able to identify correctly your brand/model.

Seria muito bom se ele (o software) apresentasse a relação dos números dos telefones associados a ele (rastreador). O software é muito bom, funciona perfeitamente. Pergunta: disco para o rastreador e ele me retorna a posição (latitude e longitude) e mais indicações sobre DOOR, ACC e outros. Que são essas indicações? O meu é um POWERPACK TK 105. Obrigado por sua atenção.

If it doesn’t work, I suggest you to get in touch with the person who sold you the GPS Tracker, because it seems to be a problem in the GPS Tracker.

I have bought the premium app but I am not receiving regular location updates from the device. I know the device is working because if I press the SOS button I receive an exact location. I cannot get the auto traçk to work by time or distance. Can you help?

Maybe it is, could you send us by email your GPS Tracker manual? This way we will be able to say it for sure.
Another option is to download the free version and try some brands like Xexun or Coban, which are the most common ones.

What are these??
1. The sim card I put inside the tracker has a GSM number 0030697…. (0030 is code for greece) but SIM cards don’t have passwords…Maybe PIN??? But I dont need PIN to function this number and make calls.
2. The tracker device has a bar code with a 15 digit number underneath , again no password
3. I tried both the above using my own 8 digit didn’t work.
Any suggestions?

It seems that you haven’t received a location message from your GPS Tracker yet.
There are two icons, one shows where are you (using your cellphone GPS) and the other one where is your car (using your car’s GPS).
It also shows the distance between both.

Como una batería, es difícil decir, porque todo depende de su modelo y también como los servicios que usted define. Por ejemplo, cuánto más las memorias son enviadas o recibidas, hay menos que durar una batería.
Hola, quería comentarles el siguiente problema que presento, cuando uso tanto la aplicación como los comando por sms, el gps no me envía respuesta alguna sobre la ubicación o cualquier otra cosa referente al mismo, a que se debe?
Cuando se envía SMS directamente (no desde la aplicación), esto funciona? Tal vez se establece el número de teléfono en sentido contrario en la pantalla de inicio. Envíenos un correo electrónico con lo que ha configurado en la pantalla de inicio y también con el manual de su tracker para que podamos verificar mejor.

O que gostaria de saber também é qual a marca e modelo no seu app para que a lista de comandos do app seja compatível com o GPS Tracker que adquiri do link acima, já que mesmo que eu selecione no app o TK100, os comandos são incompatíveis.
O mais semelhante é o Hashtag TK 102, mas nem todos os comandos são compatíveis. É possível cria-los customizados para ter ele 100% funcional.

Qual marca e modelo você selecionou na tela inicial? Alguns trackers dão uma resposta genérica como essa, mas na verdade é por que não reconheceram o comando.

Porem pelo aplicativo quando aciono Pedir localizacao ele recebe resposta de Pwd fail.
Tente cadastrar um comando personalizado com o texto correto.

I believe you should contact the person who sold you the GPS Tracker as it is sending the wrong coordinates to our app.

I don’t think so, did you set the GPS phone number properly in the main screen? If so, please send us and email with your GPS Tracker manual and the brand/model that you selected in the main screen.
Yes the phone number is right, because if i click the command check status i get a text telling me the status that is the only command that works through the app but i will email the info to you.

I can call the device, (it will show on the map,) I can check the status, and I can listen or track, but none of the other features work. no fortify, no Geo fence, no address, no speed, no move alert, or Shake alert, none of that stuff works… did I do something wrong or are still developing? #1. so on my simcard there are rowes of #s, whuch is the gps number?
a) the first row of numbers
b) a second row
c) or both
or is it the access number you get from the operator?
#2. i tried all ways including 4 g and 2 g , and I didn’t get a response until I put the SIM card in my regular phone and then I still didn’t understand is there were 6 4 return rings just duplicating everything I sent to them if no number or password still or approval.
#3 how do I set up voicemail on the SIM card or not because when I call it it says it goes straight to voicemail that has not been setup yet and it hangs up on me

It’s the telephone number that you get from your operator.

How to reset the password
It depends on your model. Most of the devices you need to send reset123456. But if the password is not working, you can reset it directly in the device using a pen or something like this.

we have smartrack kx402 device, and we want to set gprs setting to point to server.
gprs setting via IP:
ip116.255.131.50port8500
so instead of IP ,can we you DNS/URL
we tried replacing ip with dns,but device did not reply

Hello. I installed this app. I have a tk103b tracker. Brand? I do not know.
The tracker respons when I call it. But no coördinates? Just all 00 (zeroes). On all other commands it doesnt respond. How Come?
