GPS Car Tracker – Licenses Questions November 26, 2015

Hello, how are you doing?

We have some recurring questions here on the Blog and by email, and now we will try to address these questions about licences and payments.

Q: How often do I need to pay for the app?
A: It’s a one time payment! You will only need to pay it once and you will be able to use the app forever. You will also have UNLIMITED updates. No monthly fees!

Q: I can’t buy your app on Google Play. Is there any way to buy it using another payment method?
A: We also sell our app by PayPal (worldwide) and Bank Transfer (only Brazil). Send us an email if you want to buy our app with these methods.

Q: I have two phones and I want to install the app in both mobiles. Do I need to pay twice?
A: It depends! The licensing works based on email account, so it’s probably related to your @gmail.com. If you use the same account in both devices, you only need to pay once and you will be able to use in both phones. In the cases that you use different accounts, you will need to pay it once for each device.

Q: May I add more than 1 GPS Tracker in the app?
A: No, unfortunately only 1 GPS Tracker is allowed per app. But if your GPS Tracker is Dual-Chip, you can add both numbers in the app and you will receive SMSs from both in our app (check “2nd Phone” feature).

Q: Do you have versions for iPhone and Windows Phone?
A: No, only for Android and there is no schedule for those two platforms.

Q: I don’t know which brand and model should I select in the main screen. Could you help me?
A: Yes, we can! Send us an email with your commands’ list (begin123456, etc) or the GPS Tracker manual. We will be happy to help you figure it out.

I purchased the pro version but geo fence does not work. The problem is that the «-» (minus)sign is not written in both longitude positions.
Please fix it.
